Scope of our engagement

Webdoid Technologies is a documentation, filing and government-liaison consultancy. We prepare applications, file them on the relevant government portal, and follow up with the department until a decision is issued.

We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation in court. We do not guarantee that any government authority will approve an application, because that decision belongs to the authority alone. What we are responsible for is that your application is complete, accurate and correctly filed, and that queries are answered promptly.

Fees and government charges

Our quotes separate our professional fee from statutory government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges (such as Certifying Authority charges for a DSC). Government fees are set by the authority and are not within our control.

Quotes are given in writing before work starts and are valid for the scope described in them. If the scope changes — extra partners, an additional state registration, a re-filing after a client-side document change — we will quote the difference before proceeding.

Timelines

Any timeline shown on this website (for example "3-5 working days") is our typical turnaround once complete and correct documents are in hand. It is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual time depends on portal availability, departmental scrutiny, officer queries and statutory processing periods, none of which we control.

Certain services have inherently long statutory timelines — for example, trademark registration typically takes 12 to 18 months to complete even though the filing itself is done immediately.

Your responsibilities as a client

You are responsible for giving us genuine, current and unaltered documents and accurate business information. Submitting forged, tampered or borrowed documents is an offence and is entirely the applicant's responsibility.

You are responsible for responding promptly when we ask for a clarification or an additional document. Departmental queries usually carry a fixed reply window, and a delayed response can cause an application to lapse.

Refunds and cancellation

Government fees, statutory charges and third-party charges already paid on your behalf are non-refundable, because the authority does not return them.

If you cancel before we have begun work, our professional fee is refunded in full. If work has begun, we refund the portion of the professional fee corresponding to work not yet performed. If an application is rejected because of an error on our side, we re-file at our own cost.

Confidentiality

We treat your documents and business information as confidential and use them only for the engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, lost tender opportunities or penalties imposed by an authority for matters outside our scope.

Intellectual property of this website

The text, structure and design of this website belong to Webdoid Technologies. Government forms, statutory names and official portal references remain the property of their respective authorities.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
