State-level work moves at the speed of the person doing it. Professional tax, Shop and Establishment, trade licence, MP PWD - these go faster with someone who is in those offices regularly than with someone reading the rules for the first time on your file.

Are the reviews real and recent?

Look at the Google Business Profile rather than testimonials printed on a website, because a website testimonial is whatever the website owner typed. Check the dates and whether reviews mention the specific service you need.

What happens if it is rejected?

Will they tell you when you do not need something? This is the real test. A consultant who answers every question with a service you should buy is selling, not advising. Do they put dates and figures in writing? Deadlines and fees change. Anyone who quotes them confidently from memory is either very current or guessing, and you cannot tell which. Ask where the number came from.
