How We Work

Five steps, an itemised quote in writing, and we answer the department rather than forwarding their query to you.

What actually happens after you message us

1

We ask what you already have

Before anything is prepared. Most people already hold half the documents, and you should not pay us to collect papers sitting on your own desk. This is also where we find out whether you need the thing you asked for at all - sometimes the honest answer is that you do not.

2

You get a written quote, itemised

Government fees on one line, our professional fee on another. In writing, usually the same working day. You can compare that against anyone else, which is the point of separating them - a single lump sum tells you nothing and tends to grow later.

3

We prepare and file

We draft it, check it, and submit on the portal ourselves. Nothing is forwarded to a third party with a margin added, and nothing goes in unchecked. Where a filing needs your digital signature, we tell you exactly when we need those two minutes.

4

We answer the department, not you

Queries and objections come to us and are replied to inside the reply window. This is the part that actually distinguishes one consultant from another, because a query that sits unanswered becomes a rejection.

5

You get the certificate digitally

Plus the acknowledgements and portal credentials, so the file is yours and you are not dependent on us to access your own registration later.

Working with us without coming to the office

Nearly all of this is portal work, and portals do not care where you are standing. Documents come to us on WhatsApp or email, we file from Bhopal, and the certificate goes back to you the same way.

Clients across Madhya Pradesh and outside it work with us without ever visiting. Where something genuinely needs a physical presence — a departmental visit, an inspection, a signature before an officer — we say so upfront rather than after you have paid.

Our only office is in Bhopal, at Shanti Niketan. We do not have branches elsewhere and we will not pretend otherwise; if you see our name against another address, it is not us.

Why we do not publish prices

The honest reason is that a fixed price for most of this work would be wrong for most people. A GST registration for a one-person service business and one for a firm with multiple premises are not the same job. Neither is a trademark filing in one class and one in five. A published figure would either be padded to cover the worst case or quoted low and revised upward, and both are worse than asking.

What we will commit to is the form of the answer: in writing, itemised, government fees separate from our fee, usually the same working day. No verbal quotes that change, and no charges appearing later that were not in the original.

If a government fee genuinely changes between the quote and the filing, we show you the change. If we underquoted our own fee, that is our problem, not yours.

What we will not do

  • We do not guarantee approval. That decision belongs to the department. We can make sure the application is complete and correct, which is what actually affects the outcome.
  • We do not sell you something you do not need. There are pages on this site that talk people out of the service they came looking for. That is deliberate.
  • We are not a law firm and do not appear in court. Where a matter needs that, we say so.
  • We do not do RTO, driving licence or vehicle work. If you are looking for that, we are the wrong firm.
  • We do not publish testimonials. Reviews live on the Google Business Profile where we cannot edit them, which is the only kind worth reading.

If something goes wrong

Applications get rejected. Some of those rejections are the department's judgement and some are somebody's mistake. Where a rejection is caused by an error at our end, we re-file at our own cost — and we would rather say that here, in writing, than have the conversation afterwards.

Ask the same question of anyone else you are considering, before you pay. The answer tells you a lot. Our page on choosing a compliance consultant has four more questions worth asking, and about the firm says who actually does the work.

Common questions

WhatsApp or email, whichever is easier. Photographs of documents are usually fine; we will tell you if a particular one needs to be scanned properly.

For some filings, yes, and you should change them afterwards. Where a filing can be done with a one-time access instead, we prefer that.

It depends entirely on the registration. Timelines on this site are typical turnaround once complete documents are with us, not guarantees - the department's own queue is outside anyone's control.

Usually yes. Tell us what stage it is at and what you have from them, particularly the acknowledgement number and portal login.

Yes, for anything that is portal-based, which is most of it. State-specific registrations in other states depend on the state - ask and we will tell you honestly.

Send us your case

Tell us what you need and where you have got to. You will get a written, itemised, no-obligation quote - government fees separate from our fee.
